Welcome to the Norwalk Senior Center, where you will find a variety of recreational, educational, health and wellness activities, for adults age 50 and older, which will peak your interest. When you walk through our doors, you join a group of people who are involved, active, friendly, fun and young at heart. Senior Services are also available to offer information and referrals on a variety of subjects. The friendly staff is here to help, and answer any questions. Seniors will learn the definition of anxiety, statistics, types of anxiety disorders, symptoms and treatment of anxiety, services and resources. Presentation will be conducted in Spanish.
