Utility Billing
The Norwalk Municipal Water System (NMWS) consists of approximately 5,300 domestic service connections which serve over 22,000 Norwalk and Artesia residents. Other water purveyors who service the community of Norwalk include Liberty Utilities, City of Santa Fe Springs, and Golden State Water.

1. Check service map to determine if the City services your address.
2. If your address does fall in the City of Norwalk's service area fill out a water service application (PDF) and return to our office or fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
