I-5 Consortium Cities Joint Powers Authority

The mission of the I-5 JPA is to protect the best interests of its member communities while acting collectively with FHWA, Caltrans, MTA, and OCTA to enhance  the capacity of and improve the safety and efficiency of the Federal Interstate Route 5 Corridor from the I-5 /710 Interchange to the I-5 /State Route 91 Interchange  and all related transportation systems in the corridor. 

Member Cities: Norwalk, La Mirada, Commerce, Downey and Santa Fe Springs.
