Water ConservationRebate programs are available to make saving water more affordable. Interest in conservation rebates is growing; It's recommended that residents apply as soon as possible, as approval is on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability of funds. Visit bewaterwise.com for more info.

Some of the rebates currently available include purchases for qualifying products:

  • High Efficiency Clothes Washers – These washers use 55% less water than a standard clothes washer, using less energy and lowering your bill. Rebates start at $85.

  • Premium High Efficiency Toilets (HETs) – These use 20% less water than a standard toilet. Rebates start at $40 per toilet.

  • Weather Based Irrigation Controllers (WBICs) – Equipment adjusts the irrigation schedule to account for the changing weather and plant types. Rebates start at $80 per controller for less than one acre of landscape.

  • Rotating Sprinkler Nozzles – These nozzles apply water more slowly and uniformly to prevent over watering. Rebates start at $2 per nozzle, with a minimum purchase of 30 nozzles.

  • Rain Barrels and Cisterns - Collect and reuse rainwater to irrigate your lawn and gardens. Rebates start at $35 per barrel and $250 per cistern.
