EVENT DETAILS
The event will take place on Sunday, June 2. 2024. The Children's 1K dash will begin at 8:00 a.m. and is open to 500 participants ages 4-12. The 5k Run will begin at 8:30 a.m. and is open to 2,000 participants of all ages and skill levels. Participants may register online at norwalk5k.racewire.com and in person at the Norwalk Arts and Sports Complex located at 13000 Clarkdale Avenue, Norwalk, CA.

EVENT ELEMENTS
Registration for the SK Run will include a premium race t-shirt, participation medal, chip timing and running bib, as well as access to photo ops, the kids' fun zone and more! All guests are also invited to visit the Fitness Expo before and after the run to meet local exhibitors, see interactive demonstrations, win fun prizes and get a cool drink or snack at one of the onsite food trucks. At the end of the run, prizes will be presented to the top three (3) overall winners and in each age category.

EVENT GOALS
The goal of the 5k Run is to encourage and foster health and wellness within the City of Norwalk. This first-of-it-kind event will be open to all ages and skill levels. From beginner to professional, residents are invited to bring their families and friends and join the #runnorwalk community.
