Safe Housing and Property Enhancement Program
Welcome to the City of Norwalk’s Safe Housing and Property Enhancement Program (S.H.A.P.E). The Norwalk S.H.A.P.E. Program is a coordinated effort between the Department of Public Safety, the Norwalk Sheriff’s Station, and property owners. The objective of the S.H.A.P.E. Program is to maintain the quality and integrity of the business and residential community.
Safe Housing and Property Enhancement Procedures:
- Complete the Norwalk Business Watch Authorization form here. Renewal for this form is required every 12 months for enforcement to take place.
- Complete the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Letter of Agency (LOA) form here. Renewal for this form is required every 6 months for enforcement to take place.
- You may submit the forms via email, mail, or in-person. For in-person drop offs, please call (562) 929-5732 to schedule an appointment.
