Norwalk Transit System (NTS) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its programs and/or services on the basis of race, color or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VI”). In addition to Title VI, NTS also prohibits discrimination based on sex, age or disability.

Any person who believes he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI can file a complaint with NTS*. For more information on Norwalk Transit System’s Civil Rights Program, and the procedures to file a complaint, contact:
