Purchasing's  goal is to ensure acquisition of quality goods and services at the lowest total cost to the City. We are dedicated to the promotion of fairness and open competition with the procurement process.

Purchasing is responsible for the administration of open bids and request for proposals  (RFP).

Insurance Requirements

Vendor is providing services on City property must provide Insurance information and a completed Hold Harmless Agreement prior to issuance of a purchase order.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Vendors providing goods or services to the City must also complete a Standard Terms and Conditions
