Staff from the City of Norwalk Community Development department will present on the Home Improvement Program. This program provides financial incentives and assistance for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied, single family dwellings, including mobile homes, and condominiums/townhomes, and 1-4 unit rental properties to eligible participants.
