The City of Norwalk is seeking input from residents and stakeholders concerning community needs for the 2020 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. The Consolidated Plan summarizes the City’s needs, priorities and types of activities that the City plans to implement using Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships funds over the next five years.
