Introduction: Stop by #CommunityConnect at the annual Snowfest event to get info on saving on your monthly utility bills, saving gas, wter and electricity and more. It's all free for Norwalk residents. Exchange two old light strings for two new LED holiday light strings at our Holiday Light Exchgange.

Representatives from SCE, SoCalGas, Liberty Utilities and Golden State Water, as well as the City's Public Safety, Social Services and Property Maintenance staff will assist you with valuable tips, resources and programs. No registration required.
