The contest will be in conjunction with the "Artastic" event at the Cultural Arts Center. Entry, pastels, and refreshments will be free for pre-registrants. A 10- piece set of non-toxic pastels (chalk) and 6' x 6' square of sidewalk space will be provided to all registered artists.
First Category: Ages 8-14 years
Second Category: Ages 15 and over
Third Category: Professional Artist
Prizes will be awarded for the top placing artists.
