The 23rd Annual Cowboy Festival in Santa Clarita, ticket sales begin on March 14 for Norwalk residents with ID. Open registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 21. Tour open to seniors 50 years old and above. Please call the Senior Center at (562) 929-5580 for registration and information.
