Volunteers with the Norwalk Sheriff's Station stand as proud representatives of the community, giving their time to maintain a high level of safety, quality of life and beauty in their neighborhoods and those surrounding it.
The Civilian Volunteer Program recruits adults 21 and over to serve in several functions in and around the city of Norwalk, including on patrol, in the courthouse and in various assignments throughout the division. Applicants must pass a background screening, and must volunteer at least 16 hours a month.
