Facility Reservations

Planning a special event, meeting, or company picnic? Consider utilizing one of the various facilities the City of Norwalk has to offer.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

If the applicant is not in compliance with the policies and regulations as stated in the Rules and Regulations, the Director of Recreation and Park Services, or his/her designee acting on behalf of the City of Norwalk, may cancel the reservation upon notice to the applicant.  All rental fees and security deposits will be deemed forfeited.

APPLICATIONS:

Applications must be submitted to the Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex no less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

AVAILABILITY:

Please contact the Recreation & Park Services Department 562-929-5702 regarding park facility availability or 562-929-5566 regarding facility availability at the Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex.

FEES:

Reservation fees vary per facility. All fees must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

INSURANCE/SPECIAL PERMITS:

Some events may require insurance and/or special permits in accordance with the City of Norwalk requirements.  For further details, please contact the Recreation & Park Services Department, 562-929-5702.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:

Facilities are available at a discounted rate for Norwalk based non-profit organizations with proof of a valid 501(c) 3.

NON-RESIDENT FEE:

PROOF OF RESIDENCY:

A current driver's license or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles is the only acceptable proof.
